Uso del farmaco
Previc genrico viene usato come trattamente a breve termine, approssimativamente dalle 4 alle 8 settimane, per la guarigione e l'alleviamento dei sintomi e del dolore causati dall'ulcera duodenale.
Meccanismo del gruppo di farmaco
Lo stomaco produce naturalmente acidi per la digestione del cibo. Un'eccessiva quantita' di acido puo' irritare le pareti stomaco causando infiammazioni e ulcere. Lansoprazole o Prevacid, agisce riducendo la quantita' di acido prodotto nello stomaco, alleviando il dolore ed aiutando a riparare il danno bloccando l'afflusso di succhi gastrici.
Posologia
Da assumere una volta al giorno prima dei pasti, come da prescrizione medica. Assuma il Prevacid esattamente come prescritto e non aumenti o diminuisca la dose prescritta dal suo medico.
Dose mancata
Consulti il suo medico se dovesse aver dimenticato una dose.

Prima di assumere Prevacid, informi il suo medico se e' allergico al Lansoprazole o a qualunqua altro farmaco.Informi il suo medico sui farmaci che assume, anche i farmaci che non necessitano di alcuna prescrizione, vitamine, integratori alimentari e prodotti a base di erbe che assume. Si assicuri di menzionare i seguenti elencati se ne dovesse fare uso: ampicillina, ampicillin , digoxin (Lanoxin), ketoconazole (Nizoral), theophylline (Theo-bid ), vitamine contenenti ferro. Il medico dovra' eventualmente cambiare la posologia del farmaco e effettuare dei controlli medici sul paziente.
Effetti collaterali
Come ogni farmaco, Prevacid puo' causare degli effetti collaterali. Informi il suo medico se uno dei seguenti sintomi dovesse persistere o aggravarsi: mal di stomaco, diarrea, vomito, nausea, mal di testa.
Non usare
